Cllr. Les Sibley has for 30 years been an active local Labour Party member and councillor as well as a Unite trade union official in the Banbury constituency. His campaigning work on key community issues has brought him into contact with government ministers, community leaders and trade unionists. Cllr. Sibley’s experience of working with legislators and policymakers means that he knows where and how to get things done on behalf of the people he represents.
