Garth House — lets get the debate in the open!

I have been active in forcing out into the open the Town Council deliberations over the redevelopment of Garth House, the Council buildings. The proposal to redevelop the site to provide better facilities has merit, but could add millions to the council tax bill.

Garth House was left in trust to the people of Bicester and the people must therefore be consulted on the  changes under discussion — consulted first, not as an afterthought.
